I certainly feel for you! I get these constantly in both feet and toes and they HURT! U have no control over them, & if u try to move them, they only get worse! I have fibromyalgia &lupus which are the causes.. I also had 7 nails removed from my toes. Ironic or coincidental? I'll defiantly keep u in my prayers.. Don't give up for GOD said; Hebrews 13:5 He’d never leave nor forsake us... Keep the faith!

Hi..I understand that pain exactly and I'm trying to find out what it ia I have. I've had this happen many times over 2 years in my right foot, I also feel it in the lower top part of my leg. Do you have sciatica? I also noticed that you may have had a toe nail removed on your big toe? So have I...maybe this is a link...any info would help. Thank you for posting.
