Older Cub Cadet gear drives are the best. Alot of aftermarket parts are available for them to make them even stronger. Dont see any hydros around here. I guess it depends on what you are building. Check with your closest pulling club and see what everyone else is doing and rules of course.

Oldbluebeast7777 - You can find really good pulling tires from Midwest Super Cub. Some brands to look for are Lawntec, Dick Cepek or Firestones if you can find them. The front tires can be found at Midwest Super Cub as well. If your gonna build a tractor, order a catalog from Midwest Super Cub also.
