I suppose it depends on your idea of a villain. If it's just the person going against the main character/"good guy", then they would all qualify as villains in some way, shape, or form. ^^ For example~

Drosselmeyer took pleasure in playing with the lives of his "creations", and in the suffering of the characters he'd created, which makes him seem villainous. But if you think about it, isn't it the role of an author to create an engaging story, and wouldn't it include suffering?
