I started growing my hair from ear length in 2009 and I've only had 3 trims since and now it's bra length..... You don't need a trim every 9 weeks just let it grow and condition the ends

@lafkngmoxi If you have split ends, It will spread upwards (of you understand what I mean). If you cut your hair regulary you will prevent the split ends to spread and your hair will look healthy. You dont have to cut off so much. But if you have split ends you must cut those or your hair will look unhealty and dry after a period of time.

@lafkngmoxi if you cut the ends, you get rid of the old since the hair will grow from the roots of course. the newest hair is the healthiest, so its out with the old in with the new!
