great performance of one of my highest favourites! thank you (although it´s a pitty with that sound quality). this piece works also comfortble on a theorbo (in a suitable key) ;-)) - best regards from Berlin, especially to the artist - Siegfried Andreae

the piece is with no doubt one of the best examples of german lute music. sorry, but this is one of the celebrated artist´s not so successful interpretations. the speed is too high (and inceasing in some of the couplets). such, many of the embellishments "degenerate" to something like a vibrato (or the frets are so downplayed, that they do not allow a clear sound of each fast note?). nevertheles, the best reusner youtube interpretations, including your primitive raping this music on a guitar.
