  • My recipe is a bit different.  I boil my potatoes in some salt water first. Then I chop some onion, garlic, and fresh chili pepper, and fry it in a wok for 1 minute. Then I add the boiled potatoes, and fry everything for 4 to 5 minutes. At the end, I added a mix of soy sauce, vinegar, sesame oil, fish sauce, sugar, and water, and cook it for 2-3 minutes.

  • You can certainly skip the corn starch and make it like starter. Try the recipe either ways out and let us know how you liked it.

  • Even though I don't speak the language she is talking in, it was still very easy to understand her without reading the subtitles. I guess food has it's own language.
