I read the video description and can't quite believe there are judges as tepid as that!
If I were the judge, her condition and her alleged difficulties growing up would have been no excuse.
I would have thrown the book at her because, in the end, she made a deliberate choice to use what amounts to a lethal weapon against defenseless people.
That judge which basically gave the driver a slap on the wrist for what could be considered ATTEMPTED MURDER is a gullible sap.

no, dude, human beings will always behave as humans....for example, if your mom had cancer (knock on wood she never does) and is being taken to hospital and dies in the middle of traffic and i come along and start taunting you about her death are you gonna just take it? wouldnt you want to beat me into a coma? damn straight - if you have any honour! the court was addressing that part of her life. it would be unjust that a cop put YOU away for 10 years because of my uncivilized behavour.

....justice isnt black and white and everybody gets 10yrs stamped on their sentencing...it never was that way and never will be unless more laws have minimal sentencing laws but that would have dire consequences to an already broke country - slapping your husband in the face should require min 10 yrs prison? Virtually everybody would be in prison...judges use prescedent to apply the law. YOU are the one who is emotional about things. Thats why Justice is blindfolded so she cans see u crying.

@Pavor4u I wouldn't care to prove to some lunitic (who was taunting me and thus an obvious idiot) to prove to them that I have honor because they haven't earned a right to get to know me in that way... it's all about attitudes. Yes it would make me mad but that doesn't mean I have to act out on it. Good example though but not really relevant to what happened in the vid, and yes revenge is always a part of gaining balance and justice but justice has to be court bound, not chaos on the st.
