Maryland passed a surcharge on millionaires in 2008. In 2009, they collected $100 million LESS in income taxes and had 1000 few filers from this group. Still think it doesn't affect the rest of us by taxing the rich more? They will move.
The legislature and Dayton agree on the majority of the budget yet Dayton prefers the shut-down to signing the parts they agree upon.
GOP's need to stop protecting their rich buddies and the people of Minnesota are SICK OF IT! Job creators my ass! Giving the rich a break on taxes DOES NOTHING to protect or create jobs! The stimulus (basically theft from the taxpayers) Cost $278,000 per job created... WAKE UP! Stop providing welfare for the rich on Minnesotans backs!

He is at the same time convincing existing business owners to move to North Dakota.
In North Dakota they get to keep what they earn and invest it in companies that give us poor people jobs.
