It's I452, the I means the number is off limits for the allowed numbers to show (max 9999)

So that means, everything over 9999 will get shortened to an I up front and the last 3 digits for last.

So the damage is most likely 10452

I think the reason why it displays I452 is because after 10000, there is NO MORE space to show the '19' so in the graphics, since the maximum is 9999, so they instead look 19 places over the 1 in the graphice, finding... I

I can actually explain why it shows "I452" instead of a number. It's the way computers usually display numbers.

The damage amount is 10452, 11452, 12452, or some other number above 10,000 that ends in 452. Let's say it's 19,452. Here's how the game would process that:

First, it divides 19452 by 10 and gets 1945 remainder 2. It saves the 2 as the last digit. Then it divides 1945 by 10 to get 194 remainder 5, and saves the 5. Repeat with 194 to get 19 remainder 4, save the 4.

This is actually the same display bug that caused the original Super Mario Bros. to display a weird-looking square picture in place of the first digit of your lives counter when you had 100 or more lives. Ditto for the reason why Touhou 9.5: Shoot the Bullet will display shots worth more than 1,000,000 points with the first 2 digits missing and text written over the score (like "Nice Shot!03230" for a 1,903,230-point shot).

Anyone who thinks this guy didn't do over 10k damage obviously isn't looking close enough. Its not a 1 its the letter "I" representing the game unable to calculate damage over 9999 so it starts using letters. Its legit damage using every possible rare upgrade with the strongest attack on the weakest enemy.
