Carlos
Some of the murders by the German BND known to the public:
Uwe Barschel (politician), Jürgen Möllemann (politician), Heiner Gehring (author), Martina Pflock (political activist), Tron (internet activist), Karl Koch (political/internet activist), Bernd Seiffert (human rights activist), Kirsten Heisig (author/judge), Fritz Bauer (persecutor of the Frankfurt Auschwitz processes), Markus Bott (human rights activist).

People that are against the Death penalty are just being oversensitive. The idea of death penalty is to show the example to the whole population. If you take a life, we will take yours.
People are not terrorised, they just learn to fear the law. Just don't kill or rape and you'll be fine !
Now people start to speak about abuse of the death penalty but.the solution is to prevent not to suppress.
@Klaudios777 what if an innocent person is wrongly convicted? and it depends on the circumstances. also, do you not think that the executioner is just as bad as the murderer he kills?
@etniko the abolition of death penalty creates the world today, full of massacres, child abuse, etc. all because of no death penalty only life in prison.
@king00Nino00James00 That's funny, in the UK we have an excellent track record with crime rates and we haven't used the death penalty for over half a century.
Really ? You really think that killing a human being, even after they bashed and destroyed someone else's life... You really think that this will solve the problem? That the world will be a better one ? If you DO think that, well I feel sorry for you.
Imagine this, you are a woman (this should be easy for you) and you were raped. Now the creep that did that is in prison telling his cellmates how "mmmm finger licking" good you were! How is it fair for YOU that the CONVICTED criminal is still alive and you have to sleep every night with the knowledge that the rapist is there jacking off to what he did to you. Come on.
@dirx103 damn right i'd want him dead but how do we fairly judge who should die and who shouldn't? what if someone's wrongly convicted or they're truly sorry for what they did? death penalty can't be undone
@OMGITSEDIE Being sorry for something does not mean that the crime did not happen. This is what the judicial system is for, to make sure we are not going to kill who we should not.
@dirx103 damn right i'd want him dead but how do we fairly judge who should die and who shouldn't? what if someone's wrongly convicted or they're truly sorry for what they did? death penalty can't be undone
do you realize that some people get the death penalty in other countries for stealing food to feed their families? or for women looking at other men also in other countries? you think people like that scum bags and mother fuckers as well?
Death penalty is the highest penalty. The ones who receive this penalty are obviously motherfuckers, scums who don't even deserve jail. Good thing if they are dead.
By the way, how many innocents had these 33 pieces of shit killed, tortured and/or raped ? 33 ? 40 ? 50 ?
And how many of them were murdered because of their ethnicity, their religion, their politics huh? How many them had a received a fair trial? Like me, you dont know.
But you come to the assumption that these 33 had committed violent crimes?
This is typical of death penalty advocates who talk before they engage their brain.

"you can easily turn this...into something very very harmful"
You can easily turn many arguments into "something harmful," if those in power and those who vote are retarded. consider what kind of people I have just mentioned who are on trial here. this is not a witch hunt. I'm only proposing retention of capital punishment for "the most heinous crimes" such as serial murder. I never proposed we do away with due process and rights of the accused. In fact we need to strengthen those.
None of them used the same argument I just did. Hitler's crimes hinged on racial superiority. McVeigh massacred innocent children to prove a point. Dahmer and Bundy were simply cannabalistic and violent, they admitted to their crimes without justifying it. I argued that people such as these should be terminated. You are saying I have the same position as they had. Does that even makes sense to you?
I do not understand the logic of helping those who would turn around and slaughter you in return if they had the chance. death penalty should only be used in the most heinous crimes but it should be in place. there are people who are monsters and are a menace to society. it is only logical to terminate their existence so they would no longer cause harm. what that has to do with a nigerian football player is beyond me.
"Terminate their existence" and "menace to society." You would have to be very, very stupid to think that the governments of the world don't all think this as well. What is a "menace to society?" Shall we leave that and the right to live with the state? I should hope not.
what is a menace to society? are you really asking that? I don't think we need governments to show us who hitler, mcveigh, dahmer, bundy, etc. were. the state is representative of the people, or at least should be.
Hey! This video is really powerful! I'm quite amazed! But, Herbert, is there a way I can get a higher qulity version of it to play it on my tv to show it to my student?
You do the world a service, everyone does the world a service, when they help stop the death penalty and raise awareness. Thankyou for making this Herbert, your a good human being.
