Only in the USA does the system allow an all female band that plays their own instruments and cranks out first class harmonies to happen. Although I think that's changing. The paradigm going back to ancient times has always been homemaker-mother which these girls are also, on top of there music careers.

Still waiting for the follow up to "Doll Revolution". That was easily one of the best "comeback" albums ever...scary good. They got better than ever during that extended hiatus, and Vicki Peterson's work with the Continental Drifters payed off some big dividends. Drop the other stiletto, ladies..the world needs some more Bangles music.
