It would seem to me that you do not understand the nature of the email marketing industry. If NPN (or any other autoresponder service) offered a full refund the spammers would be beating a path to their door.
Also, there is no need for a refund. If you were to register and not complete the payment, you would have access to the member's area (without the functionality) which also gives you access to the members forum - where you can ask all the questions you want before you decide to upgrade.
P.S there are about 130,000 members of NPN and not all of them are actively promoting as affilliates, and with countries like China,India and South Africa just starting to enter the online world, your claim of it being overexposed is a bit of an exaggeration. Any way I respect your opinion, and hope you find a good use for your $10.

My sponsor gave me an Ecertificate for my first month so, I have paid $1 to get started, after 2 weeks my monthly commission is up to $50 and by the end of the month will be around $100, not bad for a $1 outlay. So I guess I should take my $1200 a year and find a real online scam to blow it on...LOL..
Why would anybody be responsible for third party problems? Of course there's no warranty! If you sit around all day and do nothing you're going to make nothing. NPN makes money! Provides quality services! There are scams all over, not just in network marketing! Sex scandals in the catholic church, shady car salesmen, evil people in the education system, politics, bad home repair companies, the list goes on. And you're worried about your hard earned ten bucks! Go buy some beer 4 ten $

WOW that is a shame as I did invest the $10.75 last month and made $100.00 the first month and this month have made another $100.00 so far and payday isn't even till the 10th of the month - your loss is my gain.
