My computer doesn't have bluetooth, maybe there's like a USB transmit/reciever in the bluetooth frequency range with software? Im gonna look more into this, but this was a cool video, very inciteful.

dammit i think verizon figured it out, on my enV2 the only folders it shows as being on the phone are "MyPictures" "MySounds" and "MyVideos," i guess they got rid of what would probably be "MyRingtones," any ideas anybody?

If you haven't already, you might try uploading into the "MySounds" folder and see if you can still access it for ringtones. On my Motorola, there is both an "audio" and "ringtones" folder, and I have always uploaded into the "audio" folder and am still able to use the ringtones.

nah if i send it to sounds it only appears in sounds, i'll just have to send the sounds to myself and save it as a ringtone

If you mean the bluetooth manager, this is just something your computer will either inherently come with, or, if you don't have preinstalled bluetooth hardware, you can get a bluetooth dongle, which is pretty similar to a USB memory stick, only it transmits bluetooth data. There's actually quite a variety of bluetooth options.
