the courts should make it law that shared 50/50 parenting is law. If one parent deviates from this then child support should be paid. The best interest are never of concern in a custody case, the best interest of courts are .. MONEY! Courts where I come from are simply a business doing business as .. "the court name goes here'. Just like Walmart looks for profits, so does the court.
Well. isn't britain a democracy, go vote out the hateful old bastards who pass all those antimale laws and vote in those who will pass then enforce laws to restore and enforce men/fathers rights. Oh it will take passing laws, then strenously enforcing those new rights, it will take puting a lot of women and the "government thugs" who have backed them in jail. once that is done, you will see a change.
