Plus the German nationalists in Poland were being victims of successive massacres by the Polish Bolshevik Jews. This made Hitler furious. As if that wasn't enough, Poland moved its troops to the border with Germany, threatening an invasion (Poland had made a secret protection pact with France and England). Hitler couldn't hold it anymore and decided to fire the first shot.

Hitler explained the reason he invaded Russia was because the Soviets were silently preparing the invasion of Germany and so he decided to take the element of surprise and do it first. But the Germans were innocent.The typhus epidemics that were decimating Europe reached the camps and they were killing hundreds everyday(=piles of dead bodies).That's why Himmler ordered the crematorium to be built(in order to burn the bodies and prevent contamination - he explained this in an interview weeks before the war ended) and also ordered tons of Zyklon-B gas(its original utility was to DISINFECT cloth and buildings, not killing people).
