I think fanboys are stupid, nvidia or ATI, doesn't matter. I got a 5870 at the moment but I don't say it's the best shit and will beat what ever nvidia comes with in the same price class. I go with what's best when I buy it. I've had good expirience with both. But it took nvidia a god damn long time to show the GF100. They should have released it at the same time as ATI released their DX11 cards.

The lowest end card is already out. It dosent beat the 5870, 5770 or even the 5670. It's the G 310 and it's a G210 (exactly). There won't be a GTX 300. The card to beat the 5870 would be the GTX 380 or MAYBE the GTX 360.

I knew about the GTX 310. And I think it's funny that their brand new serie of cards is a rename xD I really hope I didn't do a stupid thing when I bought my 5870. I hope they will have the same kind of performance as ATi, then I'll be really happy. I wish EVGA made ATi cards because then I would buy a 5870 from them and you can "upgrade" to a better card with the price that's between them if you under stand.

The GTX295 was tested at 59Hz and the HD5870 at 60Hz thats why the ATI lost !

ATi 5870 gets about 70 fps at 59Hz

GTA IV é um jogo que não trabalha com multi-GPU então fica complicado essa comparação já que a GTX295 é dual-GPU...talvez uma GTX285 teria se saido melhor neste game...

Ati is now king.... The GTX 295 is a little better than that HD5870, but u must remember the gtx is TWO cards in one... Also the GTX costs over 500$ while the HD5870 costs 370. Would you pay extra 130$ for 4 FPS ? lol.... And once the dual 5870 comes out, nvidia will have its ass kicked big time. They also advertise their GTX 285 on their website as the "best single card in the world". How sad....

don't forget the hd5890 is about to come out, and then nvidia'll have a hard time.

also, if ati can make their drivers a tad better, then the hd5870 will perform much better. the catalyst drivers are holding back the hd5870's power. until then, omega drivers.

WRONG... the 5870 is the KING because the 295 is 2 GRAPHICS CARDS IN one as the 5870 is ONE GRAPHICS CARD total no dual gpu on one board so when cross fire 295 DIES like a Poor Loser Not a fan just know the facts on the reviews :D and TyrazR is right drivers make SO much more of a difference 295 had time to Mature as the 5870 is new and are on beta drivers there for its even a shock that the performance even comes this close to the 295 in the first place :D
