@RaDDx1968 You have never obviously never tried it. IT IS A LOT HARDER than tearing 40 pages. You have to have amazingly fast speed and power to tear a piece of paper in half while dangling in the air by a string.
How the hell is the human body the ultimate destructive weapon, you don't even have a chance against an animal as simple as a Rottweiler.......Now, the human MIND on the other hand....Atomic Bomb anyone....???? I think a 12 gauge is a hell of alot more destructive......lol Oh, wait, of course, unless you are Superman..:) A race car is only as fast and good as the person driving it, well, a martial art is only as good as the person using it..there is no ULTIMATE martial art..
@Bagface Agreed, I am a huge fan of Okinawan Karate, but I also have enough sense to know that was a BS statement. Take that out and the video was a decent trailer.
@MrRamboman123 If I say so? Karate came from china and it was called "Te" meaning "Hand" and later Kara meaning china. Besides that - Silat, Pekiti-Tirsia Kali, Muay Boran, Taekkyeon, Bando, Wushu, Ju Jutsu, judo, ninjutsu, kenjutsu and many more from all over the world such as India, China, Philippines, Vietnam, Cambodia, Indonesia, Malaysia, Korea, Greece, Africa and even Japan was practising martial arts totally unrelated to Karate. So how can it be the mother? You need to do more reading.
@seanadupre dude i maened with 'if you say so' you are totally right so i dont need another explanion. i just want to say that i dont give a shit. i like karate
@KravMagaStudent Nope thats the new meaning. The original meaning of Karate was 'Tode' or 'China Hand'. Look up the Okinawan Shobukai Council in google. I have been studying Martial Arts since 1985 and I have books and Black Belt magazines etc. I have been reading before there was a World Wide Web. So you need to do more reading too!!!
@KravMagaStudent It was actually China hand with the characters for Tang dynasty/Kara and hand/Te. It wasnt until the Sino-Japanese War and there after did the Japanese switch the character for China to one for "Empty" which has the same sound value but different definition due to Nationalism and Japans war with China.
i like these teacher a lot, thats real grand masters, as i am, good job my japanese brothers, i teach japanese karate as well with american system to it...
i take what works and win with it, i see your power like it, do not far it at all, grand master john lengyel from pgh pa. USA
With the Master you can be taught the basics in movement to survive bullets, attacks, and prevent many instances. An extremely hard work out and best results ONLY if trained OUTSIDE of America, and other countries who weaken its potential.
It is hard for those who have no firsthand experience or knowledge of Okinawan Karate to assess it's value. My advice to you skeptics is to see it in person, or better yet, experience it. They may or may not be the toughest but they are not pansies either!
@JGSH13 How did Japan have a hand in it? All they did was copy what Okinawa had developed. Then, of all things, they had the gall to think they could strengthen it by copying elements of kendo, eliminating large segments of traditional training and techniques and turning it into a sport. Okinawa developed karate, if you change it, how the devil can it be karate?
@MrDontmakemecomeover I think people forget that MMA can be any martial art lol... These guys might compete in MMA. Don't be so judgemental of martial arts, they are the foundation for everything 'MMA' that you may do.

@SuperBluepurple well karate is a mixture of chinese kempo and indigenous okinawan fighting styles, so both japan and china have a hand in it
JGSH13 1 year ago
@JGSH13 yeah you're right but Okinawa wasnt part of japan until quite recently
so it was only Okinawan and chinese not japanese and then later the japanese come and alter it...I think but they definetley take over okinawa later
