As mentioned, the pump is a ready made part from Kavan with an NXT connection plug soldered on to it. The casing is custom made using a rapid prototyping machine and is therefore not available as a seperate part.
The pump is a part from Kavan, build into a custom casing to make it fit into the existing LEGO system. This includes connection points for other LEGO bricks and a connection to control it with the NXT.
