I think the person that makes a artificial kidney that works off the body and doesn't need anti-rejection medicine will be worth more than Bill Gates. There's so many people out there with kidney failure (including myself) that could benfit from it that it would be such a great idea to make money that they could sell them cheap and still make a shit load of money. Anyone that has insurance from the state would most likely pay for it so they dont have to keep up with all the pills and treatments
