go to biotechawareness(dot)com to see the corruption within the California Workers Compensation System. The system is run by the very insurance companies that is responsible for paying for workers injury/illness and or disease. Even many commissioners at the WCAB come from the insurance companies that DEFEND the employer. As in my son's case; the Judge had a conflict of interest by way of her husbands employer's "direct ties" to my son's employer that made him ill... the same year of his case

Zurich denied a claim on 3 points (found one year later to be erroneous.) But I couldn't retain WC atty for a severe spinal injury occurring just two weeks after denial, with no option than a QME. The QME (private practice ortho, who still works for insurers as an "expert medical witness") fully misdiagnosed my spinal injury. Four months after my pro per WC loss, I received an emergency multi-spinal fusion for my 1.5 year collapsing legs. My life destroyed, but why no conflict of interest regs?

This video has so much meaning to me. Injured on the job as a real estate exec with McDonald's Corporation in '96. I never got proper treatment. Now both first ribs and neck muscles have been removed. Massive Migraines and neck, back, arms and shoulder pains are still unrelenting. I need to become a worker's comp advocate--I know I can help other workers. Most people would have given up or taken an early exit from life... My case is still not settled and they frustrate or deny care.
