Am not a doctor but try checking if you have the right dose of Mestinon. It might be a case of under dose, thus the weakness. I watched your other video & Mestinon works great 4 u there...so...I guess you are under dose here.

I have MG. I don't like mestinon because it has a bromide base....and so gives me LOTS of mucus. Also, (believe it or not), mestinon bromide was given to soldiers N T Gulf War...& is suspected 2 B a cause of Gulf War Syndrome! Once, they had Mestinon CHLORIDE...MUCH better, (no mucus). Stopped makg it...wish they mad it again. EFN BETTER is an OLDER medication called 'MYTELASE". Ask an OLDER doctor B this...MYTELASEmaks u almost normal! Strong & good. Mor peopl shud know of it! Thanx 4 video
