Thanks for the response. I have a cd from the group Orquestra de la Luz. This woman singing sabor a mi is a different lead singer. I think they are a different group. Look at some or the other Orquestra de la Luz videos. The lead singer is older. But I also heard that Orquestra de la Luz is working on a new cd.
@drdmb3 The group name was "La Luz". They were hitting hard on the '90's. I heard they were trying to get back together. All spanish people loved them. They were all japanese !! and they were great !!!
Very nice voice. Dont care if its a bolero or a golero...she is very nice singer. And by the way, she is Japanese. Spanish is not her language. One of you want to go to Japan and sing in Japanese to a Japanese native song!

Salsa, bolero, danzón, merengue, cumbia and the like can use maracas and trombones, and besides, there is no such thing as a salsa suave or salsa bolero. Just because they use maracas and trombones doesn't mean it's salsa, there's a wide plethora of other latin american rythms out there; it's like saying that all music that uses violins is irish... Again, this is a bolero; boleros can use this type of instruments as well

ok so you're totally wrong..maybe you grew up with salsa and boleros but clearly you don have any idea about music.... there are hundreds if not thousands of ways to interpret different style of music...it's clearly a bolero for the pace, the way the winds are played are clearly a bolero style...it's just that actually this is a salsa band so they just arrange their instrument and play them in a bolero style...
