@JP8940 I split my squad into two fireteams, Alpha and Bravo, consisting of two people each. I lead Alpha and I designate a fireteam leader, Bravo1, for Bravo fireteam. This allows me to quickly position my men ("Bravo take point and flank left"). Individuals are given designations Alpha2 (usually my medic), Bravo1 (the fireteam leader of Bravo), and Bravo2. This way one need not worry about squad mate names when teh squad changes members.

@1stMIP Wouldn't it be useful to use the mav since your command there movments? I know you'd have to be recon though.
