I use iSSH, too. Not just for Linux, or barely Linux. Mostly VMS, IRIX, Solaris, HP-UX, OpenBSD and sometimes Linux. I wish they'd improve VT-emulation though.
It works nicely. It's based on PuTTY, so I heard. I wonder how Tatham gets his cut...
I really don't see the point of this. My netbook is cheaper than an iPad, and, drum roll.... RUNS LINUX. And has a real keyboard. And I don't have to tap some button a couple times to see the apps that have been X-forwarded.
As I told someone else, it's not the iPad's fault that I had to tap multiple times. It was mine. I was working around the camera and trying to work so that I didn't hide the screen from you. It was awkward for me and I had to tap...tap...tap. Trust me, if there were problems with the app or the iPad, I'd be the first to say something about it.
can anyone tell me can i connect my ipad2 to server Sun Microsystem with cable ?
i have cable which i connect to my ipad and the other end is network (RG)
dose this cable work? or how can i connect it with a cable ?

You do realise that there are free to download apps that fulfill this purpose as well, correct? Why focus on just issh?

Yes, I realize that there are free apps but none work as well as iSSH. As far as I know, it's the only one with X.

@MercuryShad0w Only a true geek doesn't want convenience! Congrats!

@xxturboweixx Yes. Because netbooks, with their long battery life and compact size, are in no way convenient.
You fail at life.
