Kung Fu hasn't been around for 1,000+ years for nothing. I have practiced MMA for 2 years and I love it, but that doesn't mean that there is such a thing as the perfect system. There are elements of Kung Fu and this school which are effective and unique.
PS: For MMA fans, look at how effective Lyoto Machida is, then think of the physical foundation he lay in his years of traditional Karate.
