  • Just so you know, PVC is some pretty toxic stuff. Be careful to not touch it to your mouth, always wash all surfaces on skin that it touches, and never burn it. I read online somewhere that a fire had broken out at some house, and when the fire fighters got to the back yard, some PVC pipes had melted, and the fumes killed two dogs. Sad, I know. :(

  • Grande! Complimenti, niente, io ci sto provando a fare un flauto in pvc....niente! Non capisco dove sbaglio!

  • Those are really NEAT man Thanks for showing them.....

  • I made whistles like this when I was a kid. (one pipe whistle) great video you have here, I made a new one with the 3 pips it sound great Thanks

  • Thats what she said.... LOVE IT! Nice work, BTW

  • If you can, Please PM me a link to where ever u found this online. Ive been wanting to make something like this for a while... Thanks!

  • I love train whistle! Heck it sounds way better than a lot of the whistles I've seen here on you tube for locomotives.

  • What Website is this from

  • You are one cool kid. I hope your Dad is proud. School teacher here.

  • Those would be loud if you hooked them up to a compressed air source.

  • Very nice sound. Say, I don't suppose you could give me a few tips on how to make some of these (Been trying to make a working whistle with copper pipe, but I'm failing miserably...) What I'd really like to do is give my live steam loco a voice, seeing as how one wasn't included in the kit....

  • @Shipwright1918 Sure, The bottom of the mouth of the whistle should not be at the top of the dowel/ plug you used. The plug, like I mentioned in the video, should have a smal chunk sanded off of it. I recommend using a dremel like I did.

  • @LNERMallard for copper pipe do NOT use dowels use a thin plate of metal missing the little chuck about how the dowel looked but do not use dowels for anything other than wood train whistles and pvc

  • KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK. YOUR WHISTLES SOUND REALLY GOOD. MOST KIDS YOUR AGE CAN'T WIPE THEIR ASSES WITH BOTH HANDS. BE PROUD--OLFARTT

  • @olfartt1 Thanks a lot, appreciate it.
