What made the space programs in the 1960s and 1970s so worthwhile were the inventions that they spawned, such as memory foam, hydrogen fuel, solar power. While the moon landings resulted in interesting geological discoveries that were priceless to science, the alternative fuels and Tempur-Pedic mattresses that are available because of these programs are precious to the world entire, especially at a time when oil reserves may run dry and inner spring mattresses may grow uncomfortable.

@vettedreams I know sure. I asked one retard who said the moon landing were fake. What about what happened to Apollo 13 was that fake when 3 people almost died. 6 months later i'm still waiting for a reply.
