this guy is great! I study in Mexico for spa therapist and each time I do in school some of the steps that I learn here my teacher congratulated me...is a pity that my English is not so good and there are some words or phrases that i dont understand but many thanks!!! I love the videos!
@Exsecrabilis depends on what is actually causing your CTS symptoms...
for example, if the median nerve is being impinged by a hypertonic pronator teres muscles, then tapotement can be one of the many strokes to loosen the muscle. if it's actually from a collapsed carpal tunnel (the tunnel created by the bones of the wrist and flexor retinaculum), then corrective exercises or surgery will be the answer. albeit surgery usually causes scar tissue, making the carpal tunnel even smaller than before!
