That's probably the best you'd get with After Effects. If you wanted to go all-out and get realistic 3d smoke/flame simulation with glass shattering effects, etc. you'd have to use different software. Tough work, though; good job for an AE composite.

Trust me, I have Premiere Pro, and it doesn't include that sound effect.
