oh, wow. really? that... sucks. ._. but that means you have to equip the stray dragon right? gosh, that sucks..... uhh. but i would keep durant for this battle, since i can get the falenia, his sort of "ultimate weapon", with the hyper drill... thats what i would do anyway. and in the guide i'm currently reading, it says that stray dragon is good for fighting against gulcasa, just like mistel from the psp version, since they're both scythe users. but durant isn't void fire is he...

you don't have to equip the item if you don't want to and no he doesn't gain vod to fire sadly

P.s if your playing the PSP version then i don't know since i didn't play that yet but some things are still the same
