  • Thanks for that video, building the approachlights right now for a EDDL scenery. And i was realy unsure if the first 6 Lightpoles are realy that big.

    Now this proves it!

  • hammer

  • Nice Video

    Einfach Cool gemacht

  • What is the constant clicking sound in the background, anyone?

  • Wow, it's true! It tells you how much runway you have still! I love it!

  • CHECK THIS OUT! Modern day technology! It tells you how much runway you have left! OMG!!!

  • I always use to scratch my head when trying to understand a VOR approach, most of the charts shows Final Course diviating from the Straight path, I do not fly in real world, but been flying on FS for nearly 9 years for now.

This video shows exactly how to execute a VOR approach, but still I have a question, Why does the VOR approach Final Course is not Straight to the Runway?.

The approach and landing was really amazing work of Pilot and a great Video

  • Because there is one VOR station at the aitport for all the runways and usually not in the axis of any of them.

My question: Is it VOR or VOR/DME ?

  • Ahh, I should have figured that out ;), Another one, When do you break from the heading and LU to the Runway.

  • It is a VOR Approach, but the plate says: DME required

The runway track differs only 2° from the approach course.

  • The VOR may not always be aligned exactly with the runway.

  • Well done,as usual ;)

Why can't you accept that he has to keep these informations secretly? Keep it that way

  • Any information about the type of aircraft would be nice.

  • 733 or 735

  • 737-700

  • Not a NG.
