I attended Punahou School, too, and was the only African American student in the middle school at the time. I remember seeing him on the playground. My family moved to San Francisco when I was in 10th grade.
He has the unique world view and sensitivity to other cultures that a Punahou education can provide. I hope to organize other Punahou alumni in my area and invite them to my house party on January 20.
