my male hamster 'timmy' does this. He stoped coz my sister decided to put the weel up top the top of the cage, bt snice takein it dwn to where it was he bk on top of it again lol.

He always slept under the weel bt nw its in the middle of the cage

I always found it so amazing how they seem to know exactly what an exercise wheel is meant to do...even if they've never seen one in their lives, instinctively they always hop right in and start haulin'! XD Even though there is nothing like this in nature! Amazing. Beaker is ADORABLE.
