@justinhamberg not in Canada you can't I live only 30 minutes from there and my house is worth $300,000 and I have a 1550 sq ft country brick bungalow with a two car garage on green space it is built in the 80"s and we have to renovate it and we are in a small village...In Waterloo you will pay that for a descent condo and have the neighbours kids watching you eat your hot dog at your bbq,lol!
