Found it. So once I'm in battle, which button do I need to press just to change the party? I just got it, but reading the text is a bit too small.

Use RT and check the key items section under Synthesis.

That's the thing though. I saw how you were able to switch from different characters to control manually. How do you do that?

Synth the Moon Selector at any synthesis shop, you'll need 1 Red Lens and 3 Insect Horns, the L.Claw members from Zaude drop the lens, and the Beetles in Keiv Moc drop the horns.

I can't beat Alexei for the life of me. What level were you on before taking him on? BTW, I'm not on Hard Mode (just on regular mode) and my party is around the 50 level mark.

Around 62-63, this guy's no joke especially with the Mystic Arte spam, I'd say get another 2-3 levels under your belt and you should be able to take him on without much trouble.

I just wish I could get to level 200 or something, because no matter what I do, I always end up getting killed by him. You know of a good place to where I can level up? Also, do you have a list of equipment that your party has?

I leveled up in Zaude itself, the enemies were hard, but just abuse Rita in OL3 by spamming Tidal Wave, it's the best way, having Happiness 1-3 is definitely a plus. I can't say I remember what I had here for equipment, don't have a save file for this part anymore.
