hate to say this but there is nothing unusual about the landing, you're giving away the fact that you don't have a clue what you're talking about - if you want my credentials, they are 26,000 hrs, 43 years aviating, and still going strong.

You can't say a landing is bad without knowing conditions of the day itself.

Consider that landing in typhoon winds, it would be considered expert.

So don't comment without sufficient knowledge.

well compaired to all the landings i've seen at shiphol this one is a little bouncy. some people call it a bad landing, others call it a perfect landing..

if even the atc calls says: "you better delete that one"

Nice landing. Pilots always land one wheel first. Its a good way to gauge the feel of the aircraft

The United Airlines DC-10 that crashed at Sioux City in 1989 was a good landing. That was a great landing. If you don't know what happened in Sioux City you need to watch the National Geographic channel a bit more. Or just ask me, whatever is easier

A good landing would be one which all the passengers can get out of the aircraft walking. An excellent landing would be the one which allows the aircraft to fly again.

Het is moeilijk te zien, maar alles wijst op een werkelijk prachtige landing. Zo te zien een tikkie crosswind van rechts, eerst een greaser met rechter aft main wheels, dan een greaser met linker aft main wheels ongeveer tegelijk met rechter main fore wheels. De perfecte crosswind landing dus ook nog. Juist als er niet veel druk op de wielen komt initieel (dus nog slippend) krijg je van die mooie rubber wolkjes. Bad landing moet dus eigenlijk perfect smooth greaser crosswind landing zijn.

It wasn't a bounce. A330 main landing gear are made so the bottom wheels hit first then the whoe main gear so it seems like a bounce. Look at a picture.

Het was geen mooie landing, als je kijkt naar de rookwolken die van de wielen af komen zie je dat het vliegtuig tot 2x toe stuitert. Het is niet helemaal goed te zien op het filmpje helaas maar geloof mij, dit was geen goede landing.

Als tower controllers niet meer in de toren zouden zitten zou het moeilijk voor hun zijn om overzicht te houden. Alleen appproach en radar (ACC) controllers zitten in een afgesloten ruimte, zoals die van LVNL op Schiphol-Oost. Weet je uberhaupt wel waarom er een toren staat?
