its easy

just make your animation.. then copy all frames in the timeline and create a new graphic symbol and copy all the frames in the timeline of the new symbol...

then you bring it in your animation and change the color to brightness and set a percentage as you wish...

after that just mirror it for 180 degrees and place it right...

thats it mainly :D

and in pivot you can change the fps so you can have lots of frames and have it go quickly so its smooth.
