Games for grown ups must be fun at least. I agree, RuneScape is a really good and simple trainer for people who is new to MMORPG's, even I started from playing RuneScape, but believe me, there are WAY BETTER games out there.

@UnWantedTroll I have played several mmorrpg's but runescape is the only on i've played on a regular basis for 5 and a half years. Runescape requires far more patience and repetetive work than most mmorpg's and it's the only one where i feel a sense of accomplishment when i achieve something knowing it took a lot of work. Most other mmorpg's have a slightly set path for you such as wow where you will eventually end up lvl 85 then start raiding. Rs gives you free hands to choose your own goals.

Runescape is very confusing to the people who don't know how to play it, players with more experience find it fun and interesting. its OK.

on the other hand world of warcraft (WoW for short) is pretty easy to handle, it may be a little costly but it is worth it. once started to play you just wanna keep on playing.

In my opinion world of warcraft is better, it doesnt lag as much, its got good graphics,and a large variaties of armour. but it would be even better if you only had to pay once.
