@saffronmelody They DID marry. From a biography of Millais Culpin: "He continued to work at the London Hospital, specializing in surgery, and became a F.R.C.S. in 1907. That year he went to Shanghai, where in 1913 he married Ethel Maude Bennett, matron of the British hospital, at which he was senior surgeon." Made me ridiculously happy to see that. :)

It does say at the end that he leaves the London for Shanghai. I hope they carry on with the years! Knowing the BBC they'll cancel it.

I personally loved Casualty 1907 but I can't seem to find it anywhere and I don't think they've brought it out on dvd yet either. But I agree, if anyone finds anything please let us know!! :D

That was beautiful. My favourite bit is when Millais is talking to her and you did flashbacks of the time they spent together. I remember at the end they would say what happened to the characters. The bit you put at the end, was that something that actually appeared or something you made up? It's a while since it was on and I've forgotten.
