mine stops working sometimes but it usually works. i got the problem after reformatting and resetting the phone, i didn't have it before. would guess it's a software-related issue.

i'd passed by this prob. ... all we did is turn the phone off leave it about 5 mins turned off, thn turn it on ..it worked then .. try it =]

I have same problem after when i try to type *#7370#, the phone will ask "set to the original setting?"...click yes. and then its will restart...my phone back to the original setting already. Now it's working . Thanks riduco09, before i don't know after that your advice i did now 100% working.........Thanks lot................

Dude, you have to do a hard reset/format your phone and memory card...You can do this by typing *#7370# But remember, this is to FORMAT YOUR PHONE MEMORY...so make sure you copy everything to your computer or whatever...

maybe u have the china phone which is a copy of the original, check it, the distance between the button and the screen is 5mm on the original one, and also check the back of the phone, under the battery for any chineses words

on mine the homescreen buttons dont work a funny little bar comes ontop of the dialler and the contacts button, the contacts bar doesnt wok but everything else does any help there?

yah one more thing, if you Don't get a vibrating feedback from the phone when you click the Xpress Button then its most likely a wiring problem , don't waste ur time trying to fix it as if it's a software problem

Umm at first I'd recommend u to take it to ur nearest nokia care centre , if u don't have any close to ur place and u think you can fix it, ummm the Xpress Button is wired to the front panel of the phone, maybe when you opened it the wire got disconnected or something
