0:43_Take out the egg when it's 80% cooked.

0:57_Heat the oil in the empty pan again. Put the cooked rice then loosen it up.

1:27_When the rice is loosened, mix the chopped green onion in.

    1:44_Add smoked salmon flakes.

1:54_Add previously cooked egg and mix it into the rice. Cook until the egg breaks down in small pieces.

  • ur awsome! ^__^ thanx!

  • sakiyukiXD:

    Welcome to everybody.

Other things in (more info)should be noted are,

this recipe is for two serving, you'll need three eggs and 120 grams of smoked salmon. Everything else is "as you like" basis.

The author says, it's just a sample and the way he likes. Use this as a start point and change it as you like.

    Enjoy cooking and be creative.

  • I was sure that's what it meant, Nagasawake banno sosu. Do they have the recipe for it?

  • SeoulMan:

No. I don't see it anywhere.

  • thanks so much for the translation

  • jhny69:

    You are welcome.

About Nagasawa family special sauce, what I can see from other video, it seems like soy sauce and mirin(usually hon-mirin) mixed 1:1.

  • That looks delicious.

    I will try it!
