actually i think the turn A and turn X are so advanced that they do not need newtypes because of their alien technology. Its possible they might have a sort of a.i that was never used in the series somewhat like some of the other A.I gundams.

Not really, Turn A is a reverse engineered product of Turn X, and based on the fact that Turn X is alien technology, Turn A can only be a copy of Turn X at best since you can't really expect 100% of the technology to be perfectly simulated.
