By the way, I don't blame you for not answering the FBI agents' questions. Two reasons: 1) You didn't have a lawyer present to guide you. 2) It would be easy to say something, out of context perhaps or inadvertently that might incriminate you in some way ...like on a technicality or a law you didn't know existed. I just think pleading the 5th to that damage question makes her look like she does indeed know something, and if I think that I'm sure the FBI does too. As far as backfiring, we'll see the next time she tries to get on a plane. It may indeed have backfired on her.

Protesting in an area where there are armed soldiers? I'm pretty sure that designates a hostile area. At a 50 meter range which most incidents of this nature occur aiming center mass will result in a headshot, the reason for this is that most nations using 55 grn 5.56 ammo zero there rifles at 300 meters. This in turn causes the bullett to hit about face height at close to intermediate range.
