We went to Calakmul in October 2009, It's very Impresive, We could see Guatemala 15 Kms. away. We're planning to go to Tikal via Belize.

the tallest pyramid is in Guatemala, its so old theres trees on it and its a huge covered in dirt

@qwerty1p123 You're thinking of El Mirador, a Mayan site north of Tikal built at roughly the same time period. The pyramid may or may not be taller than the Temple of the Grand Jaguar at Tikal. As you said, it's still covered in much vegitation, and it's height cannot be accurately measured until it is excavated. All the pyramids at Tikal were once covered by trees and dirt as well, but were dug out since the site's discovery in the mid 1800's.

El MIRADOR is the real "Lost World"...The DANTA Piramid is 500Ft High.... Higher than KEOPS... but they just discoverd is still under the jungle in north of GUATEMALA

As I watch this video I cant help but think that this is not the Earth but an ancient planet somewere in the universe. Star Wars fans will know what I'm talkimg about! Yo eighteen thanks for the upload. So you took some psychedelics there ? The ancient kings of the Inca/Maya took psychedelics to proppel them into the higher state of being. Dream state. Machu Piccu for instance was a very religious place.
