A mí esta canción me recuerda a la Edad Media en España, que fue única en Europa, sobre todo bajo el reinado de Alfonso X el sabio el cual en Toledo permitió la convivencia de las tres culturas: la cristiana, la judía y la musulmana.
I will love to read ONLY positive comments here, with this quality of music and video how somebody can have space in their mind for something negative? enjoy the beauty of the human spirit, raise yourself above hate, prejudice, ignorance and dance with all the humanity that love peace and Hevia's incredible talent, VIVA ESPANA CELTICA!!! y toda cultura que celebra el arte y la bondad entre sere humanos
@hoglorfen the first pipe is an Asturian pipe, and guess what? The crafter is Hevia!! Yes, not only an amazing piper, but also an amazing crafter, designer of the MIDI pipes. If you want to pick an asturian pipe , the name of Hevia crafting enterprise is ARHPA.

@Zombsta islam is a veri kind relugion friend the muslims accept all the world ! JUST DON'T BELIVE IN TV they just make the islams picture bad bexause they don't like it
@egyptstyles yea that was Petra 1 of the 7 wonders of the world it's really stunning and truly a wonder, it was built by AL ARAB ALNABAT thousands of years ago, the other place was wadi rum it's an outstanding, spectacular canyon with beautiful sands all over the place, the sundown over there is a scene u would die to see
those 2 places r a little bit far from the cities and they r just for vacation and nobody actually live there, i hope u can visit us here in Jordan u will have the best time
this song to me is like going years back, from now to when I was born, from there to where humanity had began and to the start of the whole world. It just feels like a beginning and a safe place to be... I don't know, is that weird?
Lets be crystal clear here. The Asturianos and Gallegos have been playing bagpipes for centuries before they were exported - yes exported to Ireland, Scotland and the UK. The Celts moved from the Iberian penninsula to England and beyond and took the pipes with them. I am Asturiano.

Love this! I heard it first time from my dad, he asked me if i thought it was possible to make nowadays upbeat music with bagpipes, i answered no, u had never heard of a such thing... And well.... I was wrong :D
Bagpipes actually originated in Egypt and then travelled thru europe and over to great brittan. Their are many types of bagpipes even in the british isles
@NFARS Hevia plays Asturian Bagpipes, but the final background are the JORDAN PIPE BAND, and they use Scottish Bagpipes, (remember Jordany was part of british empire). If you see the CREDITS in the original CD, is marked.
@randominitializer it's not arab music it's celtic but it starts with some arab sounds and you have to know that here in Spain the bagpipes are very common, the celtics came here too
@IgnitionZdP well you just said it all. It's a blend of different music and the Arab influence and the the start with Arabic language is evident. Coupled with the Arabian theme and landscape, it's Arabic music is one of the different genre that is influencing this great piece. Beside, Spanish music, specially that of the Andalusia, has been hugely influenced by Arab culture as a result of Moorish rule of almost entire part of Spain during middle age.
@IgnitionZdP the Arab drums and tunes continue all throughout the music piece, so what's your point?!!! It is surely a Celtic instrument, played by a Spanish with some prominent Arab theme in the music. What is there to argue against it?
@randominitializer i'm just saying he don't use to play that music, this is just fussion with arab music, he is from Asturias where the moors didn't get, if you listen other songs you will see he is not influenced by arabs
