The show was still good thru 1999, but when Howard got divorced, his whole
on-air character changed from frustrated middle class husband/father, to rich guy screwing young models.
Add (or subtract) dead air like Crazy Cabbie, and the show was already down the tubes before Jackie left in 2001.
