ok ,I've watched the first part of this tutorial and i've done all u have ,but....

when I enter in the skirmish and i click begin ,when the game starts ,I can't see the green grass,it shows me all in black. pls help me!

and if u could tell me how to resolve the darknesss of the map too.( the radar)

just use the lake/ocean tool and then in the options area tell it the water height.

That's for a later tutorial! :-)

In short, the way you do it is by selecting the ocean tool, creating four points on each corner of the map (so that a square boundary covers the entire map, basically), then raising the ocean height and raising the portions of the land that you want to be above sea level.

I may have left out one or two details, but that's it in a nutshell.

You must have player start points that are within the player boundaries AND you must add Skirmish players in the "Edit Player List" dialog box in the EDIT menu AND you must also make sure it's saved in the "User Maps" directory.

When these steps are followed it should work!
