  • your my hero!

  • @EasternMerchant im no expert on these things but i would say no. This engine does not have the efficiency nor the thrust to weight ratio that General electric or Rolls Royce engines used in commercial aircraft. however you could build an insane scale model with them. and building a 737 at home is about the equivalent of trying to build a full fledged navy destroyer at home. both require large material and equipment resources. if u want to build a plane look at homebuilt prop planes.

  • Great video ! What fuel are you using ?

  • @wdds1997nce Paraffin

  • it's is possible to scale this engine up to actually power a homebuilt 737?

  • hot hot hot !!!

  • @atif9451 It was approx 76000 rpm, the turbine is a radial inflow unit from a turbo charger so yes, it is Inconel

  • is it REALLY hard to under stand a turbine engine?? im thinking of making one but i barely know about them. plz help me ima try to have it done by this year and its for a project

  • @thegraffitimonkey Start on google, not youtube!

  • I did notice at low RPM the tail cone from 2 to 6 position was glowing like your CC burning uneven ?

  • @basimpsn no, it because fuel was put in to quickly

  • im not sure why, but i love how when model jet engines such as these create frequencies that disrupts the camera when they start up or shut down

  • Please could u tell me how all the parts are fitted

  • @TR3B11 hey is there anyway possible to make this smaller? i had an idea and was considering a turbine like this to use for it

  • @codyh1998 it could be possible but you wouldnt be able to go alot smaller cause the gas needs turning 90* and there are losses

  • @codyh1998 Take a look at the Jetcat P20, thats about as small as you can go with this compact configuration.

  • what is the compressor wheel Diameter and the turbine wheel diameter?

  • @oceankuwait 114mm and 108mm

  • hi i wanna ask is 41lbs powerful as a road bike engine?

  • @kenupcmac it is difficult to say, a jet engine is measured in terms of thrust, a bike engine is measured in terms of horse power. It would also depend on the intended use.

  • @kenupcmac I once experiment with a 21 lbs thrust jet engine on a bicycle and got up to 41mph,,So a 41lbs engine will give you close to 75 to 80 mph lol.

  • how much is it ?

  • you mean you sold it already?

but still wanna know the spec such as thrust

can i still find it on e bay?

  • @kenupcmac yea, it sold earlier this year. The thrust static thrust was just over 41Lbs it is no longer on ebay

  • hey how much is this gonna cost

i need one or even 2 for my jet Trek TT bike project

im from hk can you ship it to me i can pay the ups or what ever

what kind of thrust this thing can produce

  • @kenupcmac sorry but i sold this on ebay
