I like how the adjusted the art style when telling the war from different views. From Scar's view they toned down the color to help emphasize the blue eyes that are common among amestrians. From Risa/Marcoh's point of view it is shown in a more normal format. It really gives a nice feel of the different views of the war from the different sides.

@keithtreason well FMA is based off the WWII, if you listen close and watch closely everything refrences to it. when they invade ishval they are seen with blue eyes. amestis (sp?) is represented as germany the furher is like hitler, ishvalans are like the jews. the country drachma is like russia and the agreement that amestris made with them is the nazi-soviet agreement pact. if you always study you can see plenty of things that make it seem like the WWII

@BlueHeroIke Guns are much more civilized than swords. A giant painful gash across your chest bleeds and festers until you are dead. It would be one of the most painful deaths possible. That's why back in the middle ages it was very rare for a battle to actually come to close combat. Many times officers couldn't get their men to work up the courage. At least when you are shot you die quickly.
