@CpBrittany If you hate papz, you can avoid them. There's lots of singers/actors that do. Most celebs are told by their management to go to places where paps are. A lot of these "candid" pics are set up. If you're no one the public would be interested in, papz aren't going to bother with you. They make their money off ppl who "matter" in the industry. Also a lot of "leaked" videos are leaked by the celeb or their "friends". Not the papz. So be smart if you want to be famous.

@DinaxJonasBrothers actually i took a class called constitution and press and there's actually a law stating that if you leave your house you're giving up some rights to privacy. so really people can video you and take pictures of you. They say in some cases you can take the issue to court but the issues so saw small and minor that a lot of courts won't really know where to begin in prosecution because of that law. that's why celebs don't bother suing unless they're slandered.

If you don't want to deal with paparazzi, you can retire from acting and return to private life. Eventually they'll stop bothering you.
@sean2015 That's not true, there's plenty of people in the world who are beautiful and many others who are rich yet do not have paprazzi stalking them. NO-ONE should stop what they love to do because a bunch of low lives want to stalk them, instead those stalkers - the paparazzi, should be kept away from them. There should be a law keeping them away so they can continue doing what they spent their childhood working towards. They can act in their private lives if they want - like other actors do.
@SkittlezAddict4Eva Well I do support laws which would create a buffer zone around celebrities and VIPs, because public safety is the first priority, and paparazzi occasionally do go over the line. But it's impractical to ban them altogether because that involves infringing the First Amendment. Additionally, I think people like Vanessa Hudgens understand that they have no reasonable expectation of privacy once they leave their homes or hotels.
@sean2015 IA. I read somewhere that in other countries paps have curfews. So it might be nice to have laws like that. The paps that do high speed chases are ridiculous as well. But there are nice paps out there who keep distance, say "thank you" and don't aggravate the celeb. Paps don't want to waste time with someone covering their face either. So give them a few shots and be done with it. I have a feeling she's gonna miss this one day.

A lot of celebs make themselves seem like victims when they hang out at all the places the where the paparazzi are known for lurking such as, West Hollywood and Beverly Hills. Not only that ,but they are not invading their privacy. They are not going inside their homes and videotaping them having sex eating dinner, and watching movies. No, they are taking pictures of PUBLIC figures in PUBLIC places.

GAH! Seing this video makes me feel so bad for celebs, some of them just want to act and sing and dance not necessarily be famous. There should be a law out there to protect them.

@SkittlezAddict4Eva Sorry my friend, but that's the way it is. I dislike the paparazzi as much as anyone does, but dealing with them comes with the territory if you're beautiful, rich and famous. Vanessa Hudgens and Zac Efron earn a lot of money and (unlike so many other Americans) they don't have to worry about how to make their next mortgage payment. If you don't want to deal with paparazzi, you can retire from acting and return to private life. Eventually they'll stop bothering you.

@sean2015 That's not true, there's plenty of people in the world who are beautiful and many others who are rich yet do not have paprazzi stalking them. NO-ONE should stop what they love to do because a bunch of low lives want to stalk them, instead those stalkers - the paparazzi, should be kept away from them. There should be a law keeping them away so they can continue doing what they spent their childhood working towards. They can act in their private lives if they want - like other actors do.

@SkittlezAddict4Eva Well I do support laws which would create a buffer zone around celebrities and VIPs, because public safety is the first priority, and paparazzi occasionally do go over the line. But it's impractical to ban them altogether because that involves infringing the First Amendment. Additionally, I think people like Vanessa Hudgens understand that they have no reasonable expectation of privacy once they leave their homes or hotels.

@sean2015 IA. I read somewhere that in other countries paps have curfews. So it might be nice to have laws like that. The paps that do high speed chases are ridiculous as well. But there are nice paps out there who keep distance, say "thank you" and don't aggravate the celeb. Paps don't want to waste time with someone covering their face either. So give them a few shots and be done with it. I have a feeling she's gonna miss this one day.

@sumoni I agree with everything you have posted. A lot of celebs make themselves seem like victims when they hang out at all the places the where the paparazzi are known for lurking such as, West Hollywood and Beverly Hills. Not only that ,but they are not invading their privacy. They are not going inside their homes and videotaping them having sex eating dinner, and watching movies. No, they are taking pictures of PUBLIC figures in PUBLIC places.

Athletes, actors, and politicians have to deal with this problem constantly. But you wanna know why paparazzi are following Vanessa Hudgens around? It's b/c there are people out there buying the magazines where her pictures wind up. If people didn't buy those magazines, the paparazzi wouldn't even bother with her. It's more the fault of her "fans" than the paparazzi.

True. I doubt they were "leaked" by accident and it seems you feel the same way. Heck I'm not even famous and I *never* take any nude photos of myself or my girlfriend just out of fear that my digital camera or laptop could be lost or stolen, etc,. So Vanessa Hudgens should know better than to do something like that. She either did it intentionally, or she's just very foolish.

Fans stalk celebs all the time, so why can't the paps who boost the celebs exposure, do the same? These ppl whining, "Respect their privacy!" are the same ppl watching these vids, reading the gossip magazines and sites. Some celebs like to cry wolf.

There's also many ways to avoid paps, like not going through lax, not doing stupid attention seeking shit, not surrounding yourself with gossipers, maintaining some control over your job so you're not over-exposed, and not going to a bunch of places where paps are known to hang out. There's many celebs who do it! Even Michelle Williams once said she'd quit acting for the sake of her daughter because the paps were bothering her.
